• Items purchased at MadDepot.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Unless a product has a manufacturing defect, it must be returned unopened, and its original packaging.
• If a product is being returned due to manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it, or credited the customer for exchange with another of similar or better model.
• Should a customer choose a cash refund for defective item instead of accepting our replacement, or if a product is being returned for reason other then being defective, the refund will be subject to 20% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded in such case
• If a product is defective and no replacement is available, customer will receive full cash refund for the entire purchase amount.
